چکیده
Background: Aerobic exercise combined with breathing can be an integral part of diabetes mellitus treatment. This single-center, randomized, parallel-group study investigated the effect combination aerobic slow deep and mindfulness meditation on glucose cortisol levels women type 2 (T2DM). Materials Methods: Fifty-eight middle-aged T2DM (mean age: 45.67 ± 2.92 years) were randomly assigned to either training group (AT: n = 29; mean age [46.1 2.7 years]) or (AT + DMM: [45.24 3.14 years]). was performed at 60%–75% maximum heart rate. The in each asked perform three times weekly over a 6-week period. duration session 40 min for AT 60 DMM group. two groups Their fasting blood (FBG) serum measured baseline after 6 weeks. Results: Compared group, undertaking weeks slow, exercises showed significantly lower FBG ( p 0.001) 0.01) than Conclusion: addition better control thereby improve their outcomes decrease cardiometabolic risk.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives: Sirtuin (SIRT), Fibroblast Growth Factor21 (FGF21) and Fetuin A are proteins that cause a wide range of metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). On the other hand, regular physical activity is known to play a key role in prevention and management of T2DM. Thus, this study investigated the effect ...
